Quit letting people dump their trash in your spirit and then leave you with the stench of their emotional garbage. Don't let their insecurities, selfishness or lack of understanding you put the wrong emotions on the inside of you contaminating who you really are.. We listen to, to much garbage and not enough communication that gives us life and builds us up.. Put the lid on the trash can and quit letting others dump their stench on you and in you.
